XD sorry for the abundant, neverending questions.
So I noticed than an apartment was only 100, but you had to pay a mortgage every month. Technically, in real life, a mortgage is only a loan. If you can pay off the full price in one go, do you still have to pay for the mortgage?

The way i see it, a morgage is putting money down on the house. So if you happened to go bankrupt, you could collect all the money on the house or apartment in this case and sell it, then you still have some money. At least thats what i was told.
