This is the main house where Kristy Kinsella lives. This house is large and roomy, not overstuffed with stuff. Every room includes pictures of all of her families past winners, trophies and ribbons.

| Colt and stallion barn
This is the colt and stallion barn. The stalls have multiple locks to keep those rowdy horses inside. The barn holds up to 70 horses at one time. The barn has 4 tack rooms, 4 wash stalls and 2 large feed rooms and a hay loft. On the side of each stall is a daily feed plan, vet contacts, farrier contact and a daily turnout and training schedule.

| Mare/filly/gelding barn
This is the barn where the mares, fillies and geldings reside. It is a stable that can hold up to 70 horses at a time. There is 4 tack rooms, 4 wash stalls with rubber mats, and two large feed rooms. Also a hay loft. On the side of each stall is a daily feed plan, vet contacts, farrier contact and a daily turnout and training schedule.

| Broodmare barn
These are where the pregnant mares are. It is also where the foals reside until they are 1 and weaned. There are 25 stalls, a small feed room and hayloft. Each stall has its own paddock where the mare and foal can go outside when it is open

| Boarders barn
This is a 45 stall boarders barn. Stallions on one aisle and mares on the other. There are two tack rooms, one feed room and a small hayloft.

| Training barn
This is where Mountain Springs horses in training reside. This barn is designed for only 25 stalls. And they are full of 1 year olds and weanlings. There is one tack room and one small feed room. also small hayloft

| Training track
This is training track. It is a one mile dirt track on the outside, and one mile turf track on the inside of it.

| Hot walkers
These are the hot walkers. There are 4 of them, each can hold 4 horses. there are three speeds, walk, trot and canter. These are good for cooling down, or for a quick exersize when time is limited

| Equine Pool
this is the equine pool. It is used to build muscles and to help get over injuries faster. It has a current speed setting so you get to choose on how fast you work the horse.

This is the indoor arena for when the weather isn't so good.

| Pastures
These are the pastures. They are large and can hold up to 20 horses at a time. Mares with fillies and geldings or alone depending on what the owner wants. Colts together, and stallions alone and away from eachother.

There are 5 cottages here. One of the employees, jockey, trainer or other employee may reside here.

| Trails
There are a total of 40 trails on the estate. Mountain Springs Racers are prohibited to go on trail rides, but family horses and retired racers may.
