Apartments are now for sale and lease. Apartments cost $50 a month to lease and $100 to buy plus the $50 a month for insurance.(Note a simulated month is 2 rl weeks)(Also note that leases only last for 2 years (20 weeks)) Apartments include one bedroom, one living room, two closets and a kitchen/eating area.
There are currently 10 9 apartments for sale/lease. Post here if you would like to request one. The money will be taken out immediatly after request. You do not have to rp it out. Just request here. Your apartment will be made into a subboard here
