History: renegade, like any other racehorse, was born on lexington, kentucky, on a farm called clearbrook acres. out of the ireland stallion 'street cry' and usa mare 'bedazzle', ren is a full brother to 2007 kentucky derby winner street sense. being a fast learner, renegade quickly learned the routine of wearing a saddle, bridle, and human on his back. his running style was quickly noticed after a few test runs on the track with other horses; stalker or leader. he showed tremendous speed in the beginning when they broke from the gates and either went ride for the lead if it was slow, or stalked behind the front runners if the pace was quick. if he ever gets stuck in the back or mid-field, you might have some trouble with getting up. but he also has a quick rally, which will help from coming behind.
